1) Where are all these cool glass things made?

Everything is made in and shipped from Bellingham, WA.

2) I want a glass kitty that looks like my cat, do you do custom sleeping kitties?

The short answer is, sometimes. Please feel free to send a custom inquire via the contact form at the bottom of this page. While I am unable to create every custom requested, I can at least provide a quote (after seeing photos) if I think I am able to re-create your special kitty.

3) What if I break it? Is it repairable?

The most common breaks I see are the tips of the tail or an ear breaking off when a Sleeping Kitty is dropped. I will repair these types of breaks for free, but you must pay the shipping (to and from). Other items are always on a case by case basis. If it seems like a repair is going to take longer than it would take to make the item, I will offer a discount on a replacement.

4) Why the name "Spiller Woods"?

My name is Annie Woods, and as I grew up, a clear pattern emerged: If I was holding a glass of liquid, there was a high probability that I was going to spill it. So high, in fact, that my Pop gave me the nickname "Spiller Woods." My brother was dubbed "Slammer Woods." I'll give you one guess what his speciality was!

To this day, I am still constantly spilling things. I've convinced myself that there is a clumsy gene and I definitely have it. It's in my DNA, I cannot stop it.

5) I've placed my order, how long before it ships?

Orders ship anywhere from 1 - 3 business days after being placed. From there, travel time to destination varies depending on where the item is shipped to.

6) What is your return policy?

My goal is for every customer to be 100% satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to me with your concerns, and I will do my best to make it right.

7) Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Currently I am only set up to ship within the US and to Canada but will be adding more international locations soon. Until then, if you would like a shipping quote to your country, please contact me using the contact form at the bottom of the page.
